01What is a digital business card?

An online profile with your name, job title, company and contact details. You share it with an NFC card, a QR code or via Apple and Google Wallet. Your contact saves your details to their phone right away.

02Is a Cnnect digital business card free?

Yes. With a free Starter account you create your digital business card and share it via the QR code in the app. You can order an NFC card separately from €22,95.

03Does my contact need an app?

No. Your profile opens in your contact's browser. They save your details without an app.

04Does it work with every phone?

The NFC card works with iPhone XR and newer and with almost every Android phone with NFC. On iPhone 7 to X, your contact first turns on the NFC reader in Control Centre. No NFC? Then let them scan the QR code in the Cnnect app.

05Can I change my details later?

Yes, as often as you like. Your card and QR code keep pointing to your profile, so nothing needs reprinting.

06Can I arrange digital business cards for my team?

Yes. Order up to 50 NFC cards in the web shop, with volume discounts of up to 25%. For a larger team or a show with your whole team: request it here.
