01Can I start for free?

Yes. Starter is free for 1 user, and you can try Pro for 14 days before you pay.

02Can my team try Cnnect first?

Yes, at your next show. Tell us which show it is and we'll get in touch within 1 working day.

03Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices include 21% VAT. The VAT is shown separately on your invoice.

04How am I billed?

Annually in advance. A subscription through the App Store or Google Play is billed by that store. Also read our terms.

05I currently use another scanner or Excel. How do I switch?

Just start at your next show. From your first scan, everything is in Cnnect and in your CRM. Your existing contacts stay where they are.
